Scotland Prayer Summit




Scotland Prayer Summit is organised by The Esther's Company.


Over the past 6 years, The Esther's Company (TEC) have hosted various conferences, seminars and workshops that bring together people from various races, background and from all parts of the United Kingdom.


Scotland prayer summit is a yearly event to pray for the church and the United Kingdom at the start of every New Year so as to set the pace spiritually for the nation. 

The pastors/ministers who would be leading prayers on that day are, Apostle Catherine Brown, Funmi Okeowo, Femi Adun, Hector Mackenzie, Segun Akinkugbe and Olanrewaju Olaleye (Convener). 



                  Olarewaju Olaleye (Convener and Founder Esther's Company)


Olanrewaju Olaleye (fondly called Ola) is the convener of Scotland Prayer Summit. She is the founder and president of The Esther's Company (SC041899), a faithbased non-denominational outfit registered in Scotland, United Kingdom. Her vision is to empower women and men in the discovery and fulfilment of their life purposes.

Music being her passion has led Ola to hosting the popular praise conference, ‘God Answers Praise’ fondly called G.A.P. Ola is a worship leader and a song writer. She is also the host of the annual teaching and empowerment conference, Woman2Woman Conference now known as Empowerment Summit. She co–ordinates a bi – monthly breakfast club (Woman2Woman Breakfast Club) and a weekly conference called prayer line (PowerLine). Ola is the host of REVIVE (an online radio programme which is aired on www.hoursofgrace.net).

She is the author of the book 'Inside Out, a journey from pain to gain’.  In 2009, she became the Missions Co-ordinator of Encounter UK, a prayer outreach ministry to UK aimed at uniting the Church and re – inforcing the blessings of Pentecost over the land through nationwide intercession.

Ola is a mentor to many young adults. She is married to Hakeem Olaleye and they are blessed with two lovely kids, Durotimi and Kiisha.


Catherine Brown

Apostle Catherine Brown is the founder/director of Gatekeepers Global Ministries (GGM) and is a sought-after national and international preacher and teacher. Catherine is the co-founder of the Scottish Apostolic Network and also the co-founder of the Scottish Strategic Prayer Network. She is presently leading a global evangelism and discipleship mission entitled “GGM 7 Million Souls” and is working with her team and valued partners from 32 nations to achieve the vision objectives. As of January 2015 there are approximately 150,000 new salvations.

Femi Adun

Femi Adun is the visionary leader of Grace House Intl Ministry and Lead Pastor at Grace House Worship Centre London. He is the Executive Director for ONESTOP Campaign Global Initiative, President and Founder of Eagle World Outreach.
Femi is an author of several books and a Certified Trainer for Equip leadership (an initiative of John C Maxwell). A prolific facilitator with over a decade experience on Leadership Development; through his Apostleship and consultancy, Femi provides Leadership for a number of organisations and ministries in Africa, USA, Europe and the United Kingdom all year round.
In 2009, he founded Encounter UK, a prayer outreach ministry to the United Kingdom aimed at uniting the church to re-enforce the blessings of Pentecost over the land through nationwide intercession. Femi is married to Busola and they are blessed with two children, Joella and Israel.

Segun Akinkugbe

Segun Akinkugbe fondly called P-Segs is the Pastor of the dynamic and vibrant church, City of God Glasgow – a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is also the coordinator of M.E.A.N.S (Motivating Empowering And Networking Singles), a strategic platform geared towards encouraging Christian singles to locate, deploy & maximise their potentials beyond singleness into marriage.

Segun is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales, certified trainer of Equip leadership (an initiative of John C Maxwell), the co-ordinator of Christ TheRedeemer Bible College, Scotland, an author and a motivational speaker. He is married to Halima and they are blessed with two beautiful daughters, AbigailToluwanimi and Mercy Oreoluwa.


Hector Mackenzie

Hector has highland roots although he was brought up and went to school in Edinburgh, so he is an enthusiastic jambo. He has been very happily married for over forty years and is a very proud father of three and an even prouder grandfather of three grandchildren. He became a believer at the age of eighteen and felt called to ministry three years later. Currently he has pastoral, teaching and networking responsibilities for the very lively mission church on the campus of the university in old Aberdeen and shares in the ministry team of the Episcopal Church in his home village in cove bay.

He has been an enthusiastic board member and trustee of the International human rights organisation, Christian solidarity worldwide for over thirty years and was a founder member of the humanitarian aid charity, Blythswood care.

He has many favourite scriptures but the one that continues to colour his life is from Isaiah 61 v 1 ‘The spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach good news.' which was, of - course, fulfilled by Jesus in the synagogue of Nazareth in Luke 4 v 18. 

Funmi Kola- Okeowo

Funmi Kola- Okeowo is happily married to Rev. David Kola-Okeowo, the president of TRECOM Worldwide, a drama ministry based in the United Kingdom with thE African Headquarters in Nigeria, and regional offices in South Africa and Ghana. She is the Vice President( Administration) of the ministries, and also heads The Goal-Getter Woman Ministries, under the umbrella of TRECOM WorldwIde.

She is an International speaker on campuses, conferences, seminars and churches. She is the Registrar: TRECOM Christian Drama College, London. A writer by Profession; she works now as a Writing Consultant. She has published over eighty books. She is also the Principal: The Ready- Writers' International  Academy ( TREWIA) and the international coordinator of PMC ( Praying Mother's club), a monthly meeting where concerned mothers come together to preserve the future of their children prayerfully. 
 
Her ministry also reaches out to the singles, mature singles, and the single mothers. She is deeply passionate about mantaining marital bliss, and mending marriages in trouble, which has informed her regular marriage seminars. She holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics, Masters Degree in Christian Counseling & Pyschology, Certificates in Creative Writing and Effective Writing. She also did a post graduate course in Writing from University of London. Her marriage is blessed with three wonderful children.
