Yeah that's a screen shot of a tweet by Miley directed at Katy. Miley wrote on Twitter on Thursday,
"Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT [has] been."
Miley got upset with Katy regarding comments Katy made during an Australian television interview where Katy claimed Miley wanted to give her a friendly kiss at Bangers gig but she pulled away from Miley because she did not know where Miley's tongue have been.
However, Katy hasn't replied to the tweet yet.
Miley soon tweeted again "Dontchyouuuuu act like you didn't lurvvvvv it @katyperry."
And she tweeted with it a digital painting of the pair kissing.
