Meet Nwanne Onyeanwuli Makanjuola, London to Cambridge 100 kilometers challenge Finisher.

I love to celebrate people who inspire me.
Nwanne Onyeanwuli Makanjuola has joined my very short list of inspirational people. On Saturday the 29th of August,  she did a 100 kilometers walk from London to Cambridge. The journey started at 7:30 am and she finished at 1:25pm the next day having had 4 stops.

Nwanne is a mother of 4 beautiful children. 3 girls and 1 boy ages ranging from 12 - 4. She had postpartum in 2011 after having her last child who is 4 year old now. She had a choice between taking medications for temporary depression or seeking holistic approach. Nwanne could not be on medication because she wanted to breastfeed her child. This began her fitness journey.

After that pregnancy, Nwanne weighed 127kg. She combined fitness with healthy living and now weighs 103 kg.

When I asked why she did the 100km challenge, Nwanne responded "why not?"

She went further to tell me that she wanted to challenge herself more, inspire others and to take advantage of such a great opportunity to raise money for charity. She targets to raise £2500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital. So far she has raised £1900.

All I can say is wow! She has really inspired and challenged me to reach further .
